Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase on unworn/unused products still in its original condition. This applies to size exchanges as well as exchanges for different products.

Please print out and include your confirmation email in your return package. If you lost or deleted your confirmation email, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the item you wish to return and the date it was purchased.
A separate box should be used to ship shoes back with the original shoe box inside. Please do not use the original shoe box or a plastic bag as the package for shipping. Any returns without the original shoe box or that use the original shoe box as the shipping container will not be accepted.
